VIDEO journal #7: Invercargill visit

09 May 2007. In his seventh video journal, John takes us through a recent visit to Invercargill. Following his overview of the trip, viewers can catch a look into the operations of the world-famous Barnes Oyster Factory. That visit is followed by footage of his luncheon address to a general public audience at the Club Southland - in which he speaks about developments on section 59 - and his presentation to the Federated Farmers Southland AGM, in which he talks about the drivers of currency exchange rates. Your thoughts on interest rates & inflation were informative & easy to understand. A couple of general comments on your weblog; your posts are striking the right balance between the issues & giving an insight into John Key. I’d like to see more videos with frank discussions on finance issues by either you or Bill English or both. Also could you do a 'Q&A' video to answer questions we send you via email?
