This doesn't relate to the above article, but I couldn't find anywhere else to say this: I think John Key will be a good PM, and a good fresh face for NZ. However, I was confused by National's policy on dealing with the young delinquents of our society. A compulsory parenting course for parents of delinquent youths? These kids probably go home and beat the crap out of their parents every night - how is a parenting course meant to help? Fundamentally, you've got the right solution (ie it all starts at home), but I think you're slightly out of touch in terms of the details of your solution. I'm still keen on National, but people who are more unsure need better persuasion than this. Good luck, URminator

Can the National Party please tell me what they are going to do about the Reserve Bank Act? It is clearly inept, drives interest rates and the exchange rate higher and puts a stranglehold on the economy. There is no serious inflation anymore since we adopted a market economic model in the 80s. Will National change it so that the focus is on other things in the economy like output and exchange rates, not just inflation?
