John questions Helen Clark about actions her Government has taken to improve the economy.  Miss Clark insists that the economy is doing well despite the growing budget pain experienced by New Zealanders and the deterioration in macro measures of performance.  After digs from the Prime Minister and her Deputy, Michael Cullen, about National's support for private education, John points out that, for the sake of comparison, it was Michael Cullen who actually went to a private school.
