21 May. On the eve of Budget 2008, John reviews some of what might have been had the Labour Government instituted a programme of reasonable tax cuts earlier in their administration. He then talks about the plan to hold a referendum on MMP and goes into a bit of detail about the controversial emissions trading scheme.
