Dear Mr Kay Sir I was leading up the first NZ AnzacDAy Vietnam Veterans Tour Group in Vietnam last week and attened the Dawn Service at the Battle sight of long Tan I spoke to the Australian Consul General attending and his Military Atttach persoanl they were very disapointed that their was NO REp From the So Called NZ Goverment not even a Office Rep when i told Him that my group of Vietnam Veterans and there wifes were the first to attended the Anzac Day Service at the long tan sight he said he would get one of us to lay the Wreath the tha govermant sent along with the Australian group it was disapointing that no speach was made by nz on this as we did take part in this battle rather deeply and i would like this to be passed onto Ms Juith Collins to follow up as it was also memtion they our consul office in Saigon was having a party there yet they couldnt do this very inportant service at long tan ???????? questions need to be asked here on this as it made our group feel sorry that we were even there R Farrell Vietnam Veteren tour Manager
